Private coaching for the woman who prioritises her inner world so it supports where she's going.
You've done the work. And yet there are still moments when all of that knowledge seems to disappear.
And perhaps the most frustrating part is that
you can see yourself doing it.
Knowing something and responding differently when it's actually happening are two very different things.
We need somewhere to work with what comes up when the life we say we want starts asking something different of us.
This isn't a room you come into because something is wrong with you. You come into it because you're someone who values working on herself.
Maybe business is growing and you can feel that your thinking needs to expand with it.
Maybe you've hit an income level you've wanted for years, but instead of enjoying it you're already worrying about whether you can do it again.
Maybe something small in your relationship has activated something much bigger and you can't quite understand why.
Or maybe life is actually really bloody good and you want to be able to hold that without waiting for something to go wrong.
You don't have to be falling apart to deserve support.
Regulation matters. But I don't want you regulating the same pattern for the next ten years.
We get curious about what's actually underneath what you're experiencing. The beliefs, the stories and the past experiences that may still be influencing how you respond now, using Time Line Therapy® where appropriate.
Using EFT and emotional regulation practices, we create enough space around what you're feeling for you to experience the emotion without it immediately taking over the decision.
The goal isn't to become a woman who never gets triggered. It's knowing what to do with yourself when you are.
Insight alone doesn't automatically create a different response. So we begin practising something different. Different thoughts. Different responses. Different choices.
The pathway you've followed for years feels familiar for a reason. Creating another one takes practice.
Then you go and live your life. The next client says no. Someone doesn't text back. The opportunity gets bigger. And you get to notice the old pathway and practise the new one.
Then we come back into the room and work with whatever that showed you.
You don't need to explain it perfectly or have worked out the “real issue” before you arrive.
You bring what's there. We get curious about it together.
It's the confidential room behind the life everyone else sees.
You've already done the hard part of letting someone in. This is where we keep going.
A single 60 minute Breakthrough Session with me is £222.
Inside The Inner Room, every session costs less than showing up once.
Because when you choose consistency, I reward it. Members receive their monthly sessions at a rate that is never offered on a one off basis.
£73 less than booking a single session, every single month.
For the woman who wants a consistent monthly space to work through what's coming up, understand herself at a deeper level and keep moving towards what she wants.
This is a coaching call only. Time Line Therapy® and Healing Haven are not included in this option.
Join at £149 a monthJust £27 more than a single session, for twice the time and Healing Haven included.
For the woman who wants more regular support, particularly when she's moving through a period of expansion, change or something she wants more space to work through.
Five founding spaces. There is a three month minimum, not because I want to lock you into anything, but because this work needs time, repetition and practice. As a founding member, your rate stays the same for as long as you remain inside.
You're allowed to want more. And you're allowed to have support while you create it.
Whatever is taking up space in your head or getting in the way of where you want to go.
That might be money, business, love, relationships, confidence, a decision you keep going backwards and forwards on, something that's triggered you, or a pattern you've started to notice.
Some months you'll know exactly what you want to bring into the room. Other months we might start with, “Something feels off and I don't really know why.”
Both are welcome.
You don't need to.
In fact, sometimes the thing you think you're coming to talk about isn't really the thing at all.
We'll start with what's happening now, get curious about what's underneath it and work from there.
You don't need to diagnose yourself before you arrive. That's part of the reason the room exists.
Yes. The Inner Room isn't Mindset 101.
It's designed for the woman who already understands the value of working on herself and wants to continue prioritising that as she creates more in her life.
You can be incredibly self-aware and still have blind spots. You can understand where a pattern came from and still find yourself repeating it. And you can know exactly what you'd tell somebody else to do while finding it much harder to see clearly when you're the one in the middle of it.
Knowing the work and living it are two different things.
Perfect. You don't have to wait for a crisis to prioritise yourself.
The Inner Room isn't somewhere you only come when everything has gone wrong.
You might use your session to work through a decision, explore what's coming up around your next level, look at a pattern you've noticed or simply create space to think about what you want next.
Sometimes the most powerful work happens when you're not firefighting.
Because it takes time to reprogramme and rewire the nervous system. I don't believe meaningful change comes from understanding something once and expecting yourself to respond differently forever.
You need space to go back into your life.
To notice what comes up. To practise. To experience the situation again and see what happens differently this time.
Then, when something new appears, or an old pattern tries to creep back in, you have somewhere to bring it.
We're not trying to rush the work. We're giving it space to become part of how you actually live.
We start with you.
What's happening, what's taking up space and what you'd like support with.
From there, I'll coach you around what's coming up and, where appropriate, draw on the tools and approaches I use within my work, including EFT, emotional regulation practices and Time Line Therapy®.
Some sessions might involve getting underneath a deeper pattern. Others might be about regulating something that's happening right now, challenging the story you've created around a situation or creating clarity around what you actually want to do next.
You don't need to know which kind of session you need before you arrive.
If you want a consistent space to check in, work through what's coming up and keep prioritising your mindset each month, one session a month at £149 is a great place to start.
If you're going through a period of bigger change, expansion or deeper work and know you'd value having more regular support, choose two sessions a month at £249.
It's less about which option is “better” and more about how much space and support you want around you right now.
No. The Inner Room is private coaching and isn't a replacement for therapy, medical care or mental health treatment.
Our work is focused on supporting you with your mindset, patterns, self-awareness, decisions and the way you're responding to what's happening in your life.
If something comes up that sits outside the scope of coaching, I'll always encourage you to seek the appropriate professional support.
The Inner Room is designed to be a private space where you can speak openly about what's really going on without feeling like you need to edit or perform.
Confidentiality is an important part of creating that space. Full details of how your information is handled, including any limits to confidentiality, are set out in the terms you agree to when you join.
You probably can work through a lot on your own.
But that's not really the point.
You already understand the value of having good people around you.
Sometimes having someone ask the question you haven't asked yourself, challenge the story you've been repeating or see the pattern you can't see from inside it can save you months of going round in circles.
The Inner Room isn't about becoming dependent on someone else's answers.
It's about having the right support around you while you strengthen trust in your own.
Yes, you just need to give one month's notice.
The Inner Room is where we work on the part nobody else can see, so it doesn't quietly decide what happens next.
Come into the room. Bring whatever is there. We'll start there.
